Welcome to the Club Owerri website (the "Site"). By accessing, browsing, or making a booking on our Site, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

This Site is owned and operated by Club Owerri (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.

We accept bookings for:

• Club Owerri one-off events and private functions
• Dining and booth reservations
• Shisha packages and lounge seating
• Gigi Restaurant private events
   

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure your booking.
• Pricing is listed in AUD and includes GST unless otherwise stated.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available on the Site.
   

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable fees or merchant charges.
• No-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will forfeit all payments.
   

• Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations.
• Management reserves the right to retain deposits for late cancellations or no-shows.
   

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

• Club Owerri practices Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any person deemed intoxicated or disruptive.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and are not permitted in restricted areas.
• Shisha is only available to patrons over 18 years of age.
   

• We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons.
• A smart casual dress code applies. Management reserves the right to refuse entry for inappropriate attire or conduct.
